Welcome to a gentle yin yoga stretch that is excellent for decreasing stress, relieving anxiety and getting you feeling amazing. All of these poses will be done lying on your back.
No props needed (access to a wall required if not using a block) but you can use blankets, blocks, pillows, or anything else you want to get extra comfy.
Please be gentle on your body. Don't force it into any position that doesn't feel good. You should never feel any pain.
Let's hop on the mat and get started.
