The bridge that he inserted, starting Now, now, now take me to the water, was just amazing! He showed his patrons his notes for the lyrics on that, his thought process was fascinating. Of course, Geoff is my favorite solo artist in the whole, wide world. It is not the arrangement, vocals, or accompaniment that makes this so good for me. It is his attention to detail. On the back of the picture something like "On that golden shore" and the bouquet of baby's breath he's carrying throughout. Those two things give this a sweet hopefulness, as does that high chord at the end. Reminds me a little of the close of his cover of God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen. Great reaction, dad! More Voiceplay and Geoff, please!!

Poor Jonny, instead of a train he got a musical experience that happens only once in a lifetime.😞😜

I remember hearing Geoff say once that he wasn’t always as animated with his hands but Layne encouraged him to because it helps keep the visuals more interesting. Both he and Layne are perfectly capable of doing their insane parts without the movement but it wouldn’t be as interesting to watch

The Bass Hand: Helps you reach down to grab that note, I guess. In his very first video, 'Bare Neccesities', people teased him that they could tell when a really low note was coming because, even though he was filmed from the shoulders on up, suddenly his right shoulder dipped down and voila, the lowest note of the video followed, LOL! (He responded, yep, you got me!) I play piano and sing, but I never was able to 'sight read' a song for singing unless I was moving my right hand as if I was playing the notes. Somehow my brain has made a connection between how far my fingers have to reach and what note will be heard...

His disappearance at the end made me think that he joined her on that golden shore, finally. Great Saucy reaction.

So im a singer and i never remember really singing with my hands. I used to sing in my high school choir and didn't sing with my hands but ever since i started watching/listening to VoicePlay, i do it constantly. I was at a Jinjer/Breaking Bejamin/Disturbed concert and i was singing with my hands

He really doesn't. He posted a short video showing the program his uses to transpose piano to guitar. Kinda fair since he's so talented in everything else. LOL

These are obviously not the same guys because they have different names. Tim helped Geoff to improve his bass skills. Maybe he also tought him the bass hand?
