@@Odds_TVAlright good. Ever since I hit Platinum it feels like I’m bottom of the food chain, just getting wrecked. I have been in academy mode a bit, and learning how to use the paddles effectively with the Elite 2 controller. Finish up pt. 2 for the underdogs!

I played halo pc for so long I really leaned on mouse aim Now that I'm using a controller aiming steady is rough. Tracking and staying on target is so hard to me with an analog stick. So hopefully this video learns me a bit

Turn down your sensitivity / acceleration and slowly work it up. I think im running 3/4/5.5 , when i used to run 1/2.5/3 . Your aim will get better, but once you realize turning on people / tracking vertically is going too slow for your liking, bump it up a bit.

@Odds_TV just saying to use less right stick is pretty key Being used to pc shooters I try to "flick" even on a stick. So alot of right stick. So first lesson, chill on right stick. Turn sens down. Focus on bring steady

I'd still like to know how I get wasted by an AR in the blink of an eye. Not sure if the game is not giving me proper feedback that I'm getting shot as I seem to fall so quickly. I've got all the controller vibration turned off.

AR shreds if all shots are on target. Can beat out a BR/Evo everytime in close range unless they hit a perfect within a second of getting hit by the AR. Best bet to beat them is to break line of sight, have a good enough strafe to break their tracking, or hopefully win the melee.

Should I use kbm or controller
@Odds_TV
7 ай бұрын
That my friend is honestly up to you. Sure controller has aim assist, but I play competitively with a KBM user and he absolutely rips. Think of it this way, each has an advantage and disadvantage. Controller is easier to aim and learn. KBM has an easier time sniping, changing targets, and since they can turn so quick they can challenge when they get shot in the back and run away easier. If you play other FPS titles with KBM, give it an honest go. Youd be surprised what a good KBM player can do in this game.

Thats why their eomm/sbmm is irrelevant and crap. Latency is too big a factor in this game. Ping is king if you want any trace of competitive integrity. This is the #1 reason their match predictions are pretty much lasertight spot on.
