This workout combines pilates, cardio and strength training all in one workout. The workout starts with a warm up to get you heart rate elevated then transitions to the floor for some pilates abdominal work and glute bridges then we get into our high intensity circuits which is 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest between each exercise. Get ready to sweat and feel great!
