London Fitness Guy here to take you through one of my home workouts. I will complete 1 round with you, and then you will need to complete 4 rounds on your own.
40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of recovery
5 Sets in total
1 minute recovery between sets
1) JUMP SQUATS
2) CLIMBERS
3) HALF BURPEE
4) AB CRUNCH
5) PUSH UP / TAPS
