I simply love watching these videos. Makes me even more determined and motivated to get into shape. Recently lost 30lbs so now I'm 177lb +/- a couple lbs. I have some basic dumbells and barbells at home so trying my best and starting to see fat really go and some good defination throughout but I am very limited to what I can focus on as joining a gym is just not feasible for me with time restraints/work and the kids. But I am trying. Well done to Mike and the guys for these vids, advice and that added push to not give up.. Cheers.

Enjoying these early morning workout vlogs. The reverse fly on the incline bench is a great exercise for isolating the rear delts. And if you feel like trying something different, you could superset it with a front raise while still on the incline bench.

I wouldnt advise 'borrowing' that behind the neck press. Its an awkward unnatural position and places a lot of stress on the rotator cuff muscles. You can also hurt your neck as well as I did when I used to do them.
@edwardfini3707
Жыл бұрын
@@streetspirit956 I would advise for it, start with lower weight and see how the body reacts. Just because something doesn't work for you doesn't mean it won't work for another. I have been doing this and have found more range of motion in my shoulders and traps even after tearing ligaments and muscles in my left should and nearly destroying my rotator cuff. So stay in your lane and you do you. Go Titan!! I appreciate the knowledge you are providing so people can help better themselves!!!

You guys are deviating the real debate... it's not whether he's natural or not, it's whether dogs should be allowed at the gym.. imagine everyone brought in their pets at the gym.. would that be a gym or a freakin petting zoo? What if I accidentally stepped over someone's pet and caused an injury? What if while bench pressing 400 pounds a cat jumped on one end of the bar and threw me off blance? What if while squatting at the bottom part of the 500 pound squat someone's parrot flew over me and dropped a turd in my eyes (we all know the acidity of bird droppings..) and I fell over with all that weight on me? How about someone brings their Vietnamese hog and sniffs everyone's parts while doing crunches. Please, focus on the real debate: Pets or no pets allowed at gyms?
