Try this awesome, in-home, total body Beginner Friendly HIIT Workout! No equipment necessary! It's a 25 minute workout that can be done anytime and I promise you, it will get your blood flowing and your heart pumping!

This is a full length video that you can do with me from start to finish. I offer progressions and regressions and talk you through it. If at anytime you need to take a break you can always pause it!
Here's the breakdown of the workouts
30 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, complete 4 movements. Do that for a total of 3 cycles. Grab a drink for 30 seconds, then repeat the same format for 2 more pods. Here are the movements:
Push Ups
Crab Dips
Plank Shoulder Taps
Superman Hold w/ Arm Extensions
Squats
Reverse Lunges
Glute Bridge
Squat Hold
High Knees
Speed Mountain Climbers
High Knees
Burpees
