Ha ha, good on ya chap. Dust off those cobwebs and get back into it. Routine is key for me, get up, have a cuppa, get on with it mon-fri.

Thanks for the routine tip Metallic. I used to lift heavy 3 times a week, but reducing the weight will allow me to do that. I have to do something to get beach body ready. I hate running, and as I had just cleared all the wife's carp out that had been stacked on top, I thought why not. Oh yea I found my weighted hula hoop too, so that'll help with mild cardio.

Admirable but incorporating training into normal life goes better. Move soil, hike, lift wood!
