3 egg whites
2 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups almond flour
3 tbsp ground hemp heart OR golden flax meal
2 tbsp psyllium husk
1 tsp sea salt
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup very hot filtered water can add a little more if necessary
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
You can always omit the herbs and garlic and add everything bagel seasoning or maple syrup/ honey (2tsp )for a Sweet bread
