Hello Vikramjit, I think your part one and 2 videos are great! I have a couple questions. on the part where you install the shift levers, the Center lever appears to be on top of the gear assembly, and not seated like the left and right. Is that how its suppose to be, or did I miss something. Also, are you going to be making a Part 3 with the assembly of the left and right camshafts and timing belt. and timing. and possibly the assembly of the clutch basket and alternator. I have really enjoyed your GL1800 assembly so far.

Bro Vikram..if we wanna replace the ADG..can we just dismantle the rear assembly only ( dismantle final drive shaft etc..)..instead of removal "down the whole engine"..pls advise bro..thanks

Ronnie Sunny For Replacing Alternator drive gear u have to remove engine from the frame then open rear crankcase cover . By removing final drive swing arm etc u cant open rear crankcase cover

Never seen you put any oil on the crankshaft, roller bearing,or the rings. I would hate to be paying for that rebuild. Not oiling things properly will take a told on that motor.

Atleast he is not using air tools for everything like over here in Europe. If you think someone in Mr' Honda's factory who torques these bolts for eight hours a day treats the last one with as much love as the first one, I might have some bad news for you ;-)
