Awesome , I haven’t brewed a sour so glad it came out good . So nice of a space you made for brewing and relaxing. I have a brew started now just a honey brown ale . Cheers and watch that helicopter is not trying to steal your recipe.

Top drawer Sir! looks the bizz, forced into making a jam with our gooseberries this year, it's bloody lovely mind, but quite fancy a go at this one next year! Cheers David

Holy crap look at that thing in the light!!! Beautiful luminous yellow beacon shining bright, wowee. I finally brewed my fruited sour at the weekend, still not sure about this stupid idea of adding cacao but 'he who dares Rodders' and all that 😂

Congratulations on the beer turning out nice! This was a great series and I learned a lot. I'm thinking of ways to apply the technique using similar stone fruits / berries, if not gooseberries. You're a great teacher. Cheers David!🍺🍻

Great update as usual but as you know probably not my style of beer 🤣. Each to their own and I'm glad that you liked the outcome. Stay safe and well, SIR, cheers, Schnuz.
