Baked pears recipe with blue cheese and shrimp.
Ingredients:
Pears of "Conference" variety - 2 pcs.
Large shrimps - 6 pcs.
Blue cheese "Furm d'Ambert" - 3.5 lbs (100 g)
Egg - 1 pc.
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Boil shrimps in boiling salted water for 30 sec.
Peel.
Cut pears in half.
Remove the middle with a spoon.
For the filling, chop the shrimp finely.
Cut 4 slices off the cheese and finely chop the rest into the filling.
Add the egg.
Season with a little salt and mix. Don't forget that the cheese is also salty.
Fill the pears with the stuffing.
Put a slice of cheese on top.
Put in a 430°F (220 °C) oven for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with cherry tomatoes and garnish with balsamic sauce.
