Recipe 1
Ingredients you'll need:
200 grams of goat cheese
2 egg whites
Salt and pepper
Parchment paper for baking
Filling ingredients:
2 eggs
1 avocado
Olive oil
20g cashews
Salt and pepper
2 garlic cloves
6-8 shrimp
Lettuce leaves
Instructions:
For the base: In a large bowl, mix the goat cheese, two egg whites, salt, and pepper.
Baking: Bake at 175°C (convection mode) for about 30 minutes. Place a container of water on the bottom shelf of the oven to create steam while baking the cheese.
Prepare the filling: Boil 2 eggs, peel them, and add them to a large bowl. Peel the avocado and add the flesh to the same bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and cashews. Blend everything until smooth.
Cook the shrimp: Peel and crush the garlic. Slice the shrimp lengthwise (but not all the way through) and open them up. Sauté the shrimp in a pan over high heat with garlic and olive oil.
Assemble the dish: When everything is ready, assemble the pancake as I show in the video.

1 zucchini
2 tomatoes
1 red onion
5-6 pieces of goat cheese (~170g)
Poppy seeds, bread crumbs, salt, pepper
1 egg
Olive oil
Bake at 200°C for 25-30 minutes.
