I truly enjoyed watching you all making the banana bread too father Gireminded me of my dad he always liked to help us when we would can peaches and he was also a farmer we would pick them 9 bushels 1 year then can them with 5 of us lot of work when you live on a farm in the winter in Michigan you enjoy all your hard work

Do I drain the pineapple juice first and then ad pineapple?? I agree with your mom, one batch at a time…it taste better on a lot of recipes!

You use your classic vintage Pyrex mixing bowls! And, I agree, that glass bowl from a stand mixer makes the best mixing bowl.

Just an update. I just made the banana bread. It came out super moist and yummy. I just change the sugar to coconut sugar cos thats what i have. Will you extend my gratefulness to your wonderful parents. this will be my banana bread recipe in the future. My kids loved it. Onolicous

You can drain some of the juice... you can also use some to add back in for more sweetness.
