To celebrate my mom's birthday, I made a green tea red bean cake~ Using green tea genoise, I filled it with red bean cream and topped it with green tea whipped cream to create a delightful green tea and red bean combination 😊
Although the genoise had many pores, I was very satisfied with the whipping of the cream this time :) As expected, cakes seem to require frequent practice to improve skills, right? Make sure to refer to my video to determine the whipping consistency 💚
