Just started this week and did shoulders today. Oh geez. I haven't had such a good shoulder day in a while. The burn is just horrible and amazing lol. Arm day tomorrow... and then the dreaded leg day Friday.

But all of those workouts gave me soooooooo much diffrent exercises ideas that i havent even heard before.I was stuck doing all the same things,this workouts helped me so much now i can add the exercises i liked to my program.

i liked the idea to hammer at the tire or the smashing the ball on the ground during the sets. after a while it really gets hard but you feel like a beast doing it ;)

That back-workout is great, but remember it's important to have some variation from time to time. So Greg shows us exercises which you normally haven't tried or seen before, so you can apply new exercises in your workout and shock up your body.

yes just attach a rope to any upright in like a power cage and keep your feet on the ground. Alternatively google inverted rows, not quite the same but the best i've got to offer with limited equipment.

Also the gym I go to only has one high pulley and no smith-machine yet we have 3 tires and 4 hammers so it has nothing to do with how big or special the gym is (it depends on the owner)

Yeah the EXERCISES in this workout you can take an use them in your own personal workout. but this entire workout all together if you follow it to the core isn't meant for the type of muscle a bodybuilder needs. this workout will work for beginners who haven't packed on muscle to a certain degree yet.

muscle confusion isnt a myth... this style of training is an edurance/hypertrophy style of training which is good for building mass and will support you in strength movements ( from my experience ) muscle confusion is simply using new methods to workout and trying new things, tempos, rep ranges, volume, if your workouts stay the same SO DO YOU

Its called lifting cardio and its in the evening. Its the same workout but more reps and less rest.

I agree with your points, people overreact with the dislikes. He is pretty functional though, but i know you meant "ability to lift heavy things up" by functional. A bit too general a word you used

Im thinking about completing the MFT28 program to really push my endurance and conditioning this will also effectivly train all the stabilizing muscles afterthat about a week or 2 off to fully recover and then I plan to goi nto a full out balls to the walls strength training regeim i feel that this program will provide the optimal foundation for a very efficient and intense strength training program, Mad stamina + crazy strength = i duno fucking in the realm of thor

It does not matter the principle is workout till failure, if you can do 3 to 4 with proper form thats good enough. (I could barely do 5 reps of these exercises)
