i started doing this kinds of workout! especially the MFT chest workout! it's a real intense it really gives a lot of mass you can feel he burn in your body, try resting between 30-40 secs instead of 90seconds i'm sure you'll die in pain. I'm doing this kinds of exercise so my body could adopt a new kind of routine every single day or week, and not always the usual routine. Thumbs up for Greg!

You are right - Heavy for fewer reps is the way to go BUT these kind of workouts will bust through plateaus so alternating workouts is a good way of tricking the muscle...Also this will improve your stamina, flexibility and endurance massively.

yes it is, there is one workout for the morning and one for the evening, the exercises are the same, but the rep range differs. Morning rep range is around 8-12 I believe, and the rep range for the evening is higher

I did it for...I don't remember, several months back in 2015 or 2016. Started to see the same shapes in my muscles as Greg. This is how I know it's not all genetic like some say. Different workouts give you different aesthetics. I started looking like him just less muscle mass and less shredded. By october I was riddick for halloween (my current profile pic) and even though I was nowhere near Greg's size I had so many compliments and women hitting on me at bars and a house party. This shit is for real, it works and people look at you an entirely different way. People won't believe you or me, they just hate and accuse and stay jealous...but I know the results of it and i'm back at it again this year. I became really unhealthy in those 3 years off so i'm about a week in this time and i'm never stopping again. Also for those out there who think mft28 is too hard, I didn't even do both workouts. He does 2 workouts per day every day (or something ridiculous like that) I believe a heavy workout then a sort of cardio/weight lifting of the same routine. I never even did the cardio thing and also sometimes i'd be dying in the heavy workout and cut it short a few sets. Just do as much as you can and you WILL see results.

Ive tried routines like these while I was in the Military. Yes it builds muscle to a certain degree an increases muscle endurance an stamina but it won't get BB's the mass, size & volume we need. Close minded or not what I do works, which is why I stick to it. Greg = Fitness Model. Me = Bodybuilder. our workouts are different. Greg Maintains his body because being to bulky won't make him look good. I need to Bulk to compete against bros naturally bigger than me. Greg doesn't compete. Greg = Boss

I bet if he flexed all his muscles and wore a helmet he would have survived. That train must have been going pretty fast to take him out. He's crazy strong. Also I bet if someone knew cpr or something he could have survived because the guy cut his fingers off and that shit healed without scars in just a few days. He was almost on a superhuman level due to the intensity of his workouts. I have cured multiple different health problems using mft28 (and I only do the morning heavy lifting workouts). This shit is not the same as normal exercise...these workouts are the hardest I have ever tried.

To bulk & cut its all about the calories, macros and micros.... You can bulk and do this workout. Or cut and do nothing but 6 sets of deadlifts, squats, shoulder press or bench press & 2 or 3 accesories. Cut & Bulk its all about the diet bro. I bulk up with Greg Plitt's workouts and cut as well... I'm not a bodybuilder, i'm not a fitness model...But I'm a nutricionist and a Medicine student. So... Everything its on the diet... You can adapt this kind of workouts to build muscle and strength.

alot of factors come into play. Muscularity, conditioning, symmetry, volume an mass etc. personally it helps going into a competition with a little extra mass an volume along with being symmetrical an well cut. I compete in lightweight division 155 lbs. Ive won twice because I came in with slightly more mass an volume the other bros. in other words i was rather big for my weight an cut also. Ive competed against dudes that were all right but not great. im still a beginner

An Yes bulking comes from what you eat etc but you have to also be doing the right things in the gym if you want your body to grow in the right way. I do clean Bulks an combine that with heavier lifting. it works well for me. I won the 2012 stingrey classic an 2012 las vegas classic. I learn from Trial an error to see what works best for me. MASS wont me my competitions not being sculpted, everyone is sculpt when they compete to many factors go into a judges decision. mass is what decides it. ;)

Greg was PAID to do this workout. this workout isn't meant for bodybuilders like myself. its meant to promote muscle endurance an Stamina. Not muscle building an overall Strength. We ALL know that. Greg Knows that. he did it for the money not because he believes this workout actually works. However, if your the type to always challenge yourself, open minded an try new things then give this routine a try. I tried it for fun an it gave me good pumps an a good burn. :)

Stop complaining about all the supersets and unecessary exercices. Do this workout you'll get in shape, That's the point
