My son has all the GURPs book and I have the Hero System 6ed. Please keep these kind of videos up! Your videos are so well done and easy to understand. These really help him and me understand each other games. You can’t believe how bad some of the other videos are. Keep up the good work!

This was an awesome trilogy of GURPS videos, very cool. If you ever do one on Powers or Thaumotology, I'd be really appreciative, but even otherwise I'm definitely subscribing to this channel! I like the way everything is explained!

GURPS books are great reads. I've got an ever growing list of them that I want to read. (Both in English and Japanese.) I'll make a note of Thaumotology. (Supers is one I already decided I want to cover.) It might be awhile till I get around to doing something for GURPS, though. I already planned what the next set of videos I want to make includes, and I'm also on hiatus until August.

I've also heard rumors that GURPS is one of those games where you can relatively easily transfer things from one edition to another via errata. (I.e. it's not like a certain game involving Basilisks and Bastions where each edition is a complete rewrite.) That's something I'll need to make time for, since some of the books I really want are for earlier editions.

One of my favorite systems to theory craft with but haven't quite taken the plunge into building a campaign for it yet. I think it'll be a great fit for low fantasy or post-apoc campaigns. Anything low powered and gritty. Fallout 1 was almost a GURPs game. After the End is such a good supplement too.

I was waiting for somebody to drop the Fallout 1 trivia. (Part of why I included Pipboy/Vaultboy when I could in this series of videos.)

Thank God you made these videos. I'm new to gurps and I wanted to introduce and GM a new system to my group other than DND 5e

I like big books, it sucks to have to buy more books to get additional rules, but I can't run rules light games, so the more crunch the better imo

I would really appreciate a video showing how characters don't just get TPK'd in modern settings with guns on up, it's been the one thing holding me back from trying to run GURPS. It just seems too deadly once you get outside of archaic weaponry which is already damn dangerous so trying to run something like Star Wars in GURPS seems kind or impossible without getting the main cast killed over and over. Please show me what I'm doing wrong, thanks!

Funny you bring that up, since GURPS Supers actually has some advice on that topic; so I'm definitely gonna spend some time on that subject when I cover it.

The grappling rules should jot be ignored, they are the best grappling rules I have ever seen in a game, and in real life almost all combat becomes a wrestling match

I honestly enjoyed reading through the core books, so I definitely want to pick up some of the other books sometime. Unfortunately, I still have a day job I need to work, and I'm a one man operation. So that might take awhile.

If you're interested in physical copies: I asked a friend of mine that lives in Italy. He suggested a store in Florence called "Stratagemma." They carry a lot of indie titles, old modules, and other stuff that didn't see much publication in Italy. Digital copies are much easier to find through the magic of the internet, though.

@@AaronderSchaedel Wow, wasn't expecting an actual answer. You're a legend o.o ! I'll surely check it out. About the digital editions : I love using those as quick reference (ctrl+F we love you), but I'm just unable to learn from a screen. I'm sure I'm not the only one, but yea it's kind of annoying... ... On the other side I have an entire bookshelf I'm planning to fill with tRPGs xD , who doesn't love physical edition ahahah
