I would love to hear you include info about arthritis in your podcast. Not necessarily rheumatoid arthritis, but the more common type like osteo. What are triggers for arthritis?

Gluten, tomato,sugar, processed meat, processed food, prepackaged food, red meat, corn. You basically have to eat healthy which means almost vegan ..you can eat fish white meat but cook everything from scratch and yeah.

Hi Dr Gundry , I’ve been watching your videos for days and they are amazing ! I take my health seriously and I’m learning so much so thank you 🙏. I bought some Alulosa for my morning coffee and was thrilled to discover it worked so very well as a sugar substitute. The only problem was shortly after I drank my coffee I had diarrhea . I put about 2 teaspoons in my coffee. I’m bummed as I was thrilled to find a sugar replacement without an aftertaste ! Can you recommend something I can do to remedy this issue ? Thank you 😊

I’d be on the floor sick if I ate that for breakfast. I’m allergic to a lot of foods, eggs included. And with mcas, I can’t have any histamine rich foods either. 😅

It’s definitely been a journey for me and a process of elimination! After trying so many things, I found that a heavy meat based keto works best for me. It greatly helped me with reducing the inflammation in my body and calming down my mast cells. I will say that I can’t eat meat from the grocery store because it’s not as fresh as I need it to be so I buy all of my meat from trusted farms that freeze it right away to reduce my exposure to histidine in meat and no left overs! Removing all of my food allergies, histamine foods and plant toxins along with keeping my glucose stabile with ketosis has made a huge improvement in my quality of life. I will say it hasn’t completely cured it and I can still get a flare with things like being outside for prolonged periods of time when it’s super hot but it’s made a huge difference!!

what farms do you buy from? by chance, any in socal? ;) need to go back to buying meat from farms I go to erewhon for meat or farmers markets but the farmers markets just dont have all the meats I need usually need to go direct for sure!

@@LYSS89 apples are 50% pectin so they are 50% prebiotics. They are definitely the healthiest fruit together with pears, specially for gut. If you are afraid of fructose you can ferment them, lactofermented apples is the traditional food in eastern europe we have used to eat them whole winter. Chicory root is the highest prebiotics food there is, it's at least 30% inulin but also contains pectin. It's the healthiest drink since it does not contains any caffeine. Real rye sourdough bread is really sour and contains strong cultures you have to adjust to it. The idea it to get life bacteria from kefir and after to feed them with variety of carbs and prebiotics. Also honey and apiculture products are maybe the best prebiotics too. They does not contain very much prebiotics but specifically these that they do contain are feeding the specifically good bacteria that most people are lacking mostly
