Good morning, bhougie and Brother Bisham. It's really nice of you guys to take the request from a viewer on how to prepare the massala. It's a lot of work to put this together. It's a lot of massala. The coffee grinder is great. We use it to do aniseed and Cardamon whenever we have to make mithias and it does a fantastic job. We buy ours. It's very nice to see everything that is added to massala. Hello, Guyanese Abroad! It's so much fun watching your video!! You have no idea how long it's been since I've heard a Guyanese accent!!! God bless both of you!!! I have questions, if you don't mind. What if it's not possible to dry it in the sun? We, here, in the Land of 10,000 Bugs and 80 million snakes, can't sit outside and watch it for an extended time. So, how else can we dry it? Oven? Or just leave it out on the dining table and keep turning it until it dries out, then proceed? How long is garam masala good for anyway from the time it's made? What's the proper way to store it long-term for ultimate freshness? I've finally run out of my little bottle I was given umpteen years ago, and was never privileged to have had my mother's recipe shared with me. Guess I don't rate. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Now, you've given me one, and I'm very grateful to you. Thank you so very much....... Blessings to both of you and your family. I've subscribed because, mostly, I just want to listen to you and hubby talking to each other. Thanks again for blessing me this way. ❤

After washing the masala, spread it on a cloth to absorb most of the water.Then just roast it in a big pan on the stove, this will work too,keep turning it with a wooden spoon.Extra masala can be kept in freezer, store in a zip lock bag. The last time I kept mine for 18 months. I think snake curry is an idea..🤣🤣🤣 Don't use the oven to dry the masala because the tiny ones will burn. Have fun..😊😊
