Yes, this is one of my favorite videos showing this recipe because she is showing all the different ways. I live in Denmark and I normally don’t cook with the first pot you use (can’t remember name) so it’s so nice that you show how else to to it) thank you. And also you are the only one I see turning it half ways. Others just leave it for the full time.

What my fellow citizens of planet Earth have been able to teach me (with the help of the marvellous creative communications technology that is KZitem) is that there is literally no end to the way you can cook eggs. It's astonishing. Every week I learn yet another egg cooking method. Is there no end?? It's eggshells, all the way down...🍳🥚🥚🥚 Thank you so much for this recipe. You keep using saeu-jeot as an ingredient in so many of your tutorials and I'm thrilled as I have a jar in my freezer that I really only use for making kimchi. Now I have so many other ideas for what I can do with it. Thank you!

@@koreanbapsang6835 What size of the clay pot and can it use on electric stovetop?
@tamiruchi
Жыл бұрын
@@blacknluvly1I think she mentioned that its a 5" pot. If you find a bigger one, increase the amount of eggs. I've had a hard time using earthenware on an electric stove since it bevels on the bottom. I have a small butane stove that easily sits on the counter or dinner table and works fine.

Hi! Im trying to cook Korean steamed egg. Unfortunately, Im having problems in my cooking process. While Im cooking, I noticed that there are times when something foamy comes up and it overflows. I panic and I have to turn down the heat. My end result is a steamed egg that is not as good as yours. I really dont know why I experience overflowing Hope you could give me advice
@koreanbapsang6835
2 жыл бұрын
Are you cooking it over direct heat? It sounds pretty normal, and you did the right thing to reduce the heat. I'd also try to stir a little more. Is your pot too small for the number of eggs?
@7swordquanta459
2 жыл бұрын
@@koreanbapsang6835 Yes, my pot is small. I was finally able to solve the problems. Apparently, the problems were mainly the texture of the eggs (I needed to not mix it too much before putting it into the pot) and the heat (it shouldn't be too strong to prevent overflowing). Still, I appreciate the response so that I know what other things to look out for 🙂
