Thanks for stressing out the advantage that someone accumulates by training while younger. When people ask me now how much training I do to get "these results" with kettlebells I always remind them that now, at 38, I train way, way less than I used to (above all things, I train in a smarter way, thanks to you), but today's results are also built on top of 20 years of basketball done from age 7 to 27, and then another 10 years of body-weight training. As much as kettlebelling made me a better athlete there's no secret formula to substitute the amount of "reps" I did before turning 30. These days we have a staggering amount of information on how to train smarter compared to when I was a kid, so what I tell everybody is to forget the "youngster reps gains" and start anyway at any age but do it s-m-a-r-t-e-r.

I feel your frustration @markwildman. Scottish gyms ate back on restrictions so today I've ordered another 2 kettlebells. There seems no end to this so keeping the home gym going seems to be the way forward and with your ever fantastic guidance its so much better.

I started rings less than three years ago. I had no idea such a system existed and now have something to look into. My pull-ups suck and I like the idea of using a counterweight. Thank you!

I have been using gymnastics rings for the past 3 to 3 years. Muscle up, front lever , rear lever, archer pull-ups one hand pull-ups, front and rear rolling, l-seat. I am stuck on iron cross and handstand. Hopefully this thing can get through with your expertise. Am getting one as soon as possible for video series. Thanks

Hi Mark - Nice to see Santa didn't forget you this year with all this stuff in addition to a snappy new jacket, cute knife, and nice watch. I look forward to see where this goes even though it's outside of my capabilities. All the best to you and your endeavors in the coming year and thanks for all you've done this past year. Cheers!

I love this watch. Citizen eco drive. I’m looking for a common man watch that has both gyro power and solar power if you know of any

@@MarkWildman I'm afraid I don't know of one. By gyro power, I assume you mean an automatic, self winding, mechanical watch. Since solar power makes electricity, it therefore runs a quartz (electric stepper motor) movement which takes up all the space inside. If I think of anything I'll let you know.

Nice looking system and worth serious consideration. It would be tough to fabricate and assemble anything comparable in that price range. Access to climbing walls & gym space in our area remains very limited and likely will be for some time so we're knocking around ideas for an adjustable traverse/climbing wall and high bar out back. Something like this would add a lot of versatility. The suburi-to & cold steel staff at the ready I see. ✔and ✔

Excited about rings! 💪 Really looking forward those vids 🙏 Even though this set looks great, maybe there are lower price alternatives by using ordinary rings together with helpers like expansion bands.

Have you tried GMB’s ring program (EOL’d couple years back)? There’s an easy and hard version, I was able to get a ring muscle up after running through both versions.

Excited about the series! I have been doing aerial yoga for a few month, work with TRX- just for fun. I follow your videos for kettlebells and train online with FlowShala for mace. What does muscle up training give you that training with bells don’t?

Hey Mark, how's the adjustable kettlebell treating you? Thinking about getting one. Also, was it from the Kettlebell King website (I saw the original unboxing video)? The one on their website isn't black which makes me think it's not from them. Cheers

@@MarkWildman glad to hear it. Any glaring signs of wear and tear? What's your thoughts on durability when it comes to usage? Let's says you're using it 5 days a week. Last time I checked the kb king website has them in a light grey so I was confused if they were the same product. (My bad if the comment is down voted, I misclicked)

Mine definitely show signs of wear. Just cosmetic. My handles have a nice petina on them now. Mine have been out in the rain and mud… I kinda mistrust people with clean looking bells. Aaaaaaallllll of mine are rusty, scratched, and dinged up. But I wish I’d had them 15 years ago.

@@MarkWildman Ah hell sorry man got another question but it's about the Adex club (been eyeing it for the past 2 years and I just got the funds for it). If you could only choose one, would you recommend the standard club handle or arc handle? Idk if the standard handle is long enough to simulate the same leverage. Been doing your 2 handed club program, love it man.
