🥣 Ingredients:
✔ 175 g (6 ⅙ oz) all-purpose wheat flour
✔️ 100 g (½ cup) sugar
✔️ 110 g (3 ⅞ oz) unsalted butter
✔️ 1 egg
✔️ 80 g (2 ⅚ oz) chocolate (50/50 - dark/milk)
✔️ 100 g (3 ½ oz) halva
✔️ ½ tsp. baking soda
✔️ 1 tsp. baking powder
✔️ ½ tsp. salt
🍳How to cook:
1️⃣ Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Over medium-low heat, melt in a small saucepan or skillet and brown the butter, stirring occasionally until brown and nutty in flavor.
2️⃣ Chop the halva and chocolate into small pieces. Beat sugar and egg in a large bowl until light, about 2 minutes, add brown butter and dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
3️⃣ Add the halva and chocolate to the batter and mix. Cover or wrap in food wrap and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Chill the dough, form into balls about 5 cm in diameter, flatten slightly and bake until set at 170 °C (340 °F) for 10-11 minutes.
