It has been a HOT minute! But your girl is back with another travel vlog. I'm taking you to Vietnam with us - this will be a 3 part series!
My partner and I did a little more travelling - this time it was a shorter trip to Vietnam. We visited Hanoi, Halong Bay and Ho Chih Min (otherwise known as Saigon) - and we loved the vibrant culture of the amazing country. 1 week was way too short but it was enough for us to know that we'd want to go again to do a deeper dive into the beautiful culture.

Description:
🇻🇳 Welcome to the heart and soul of Vietnam - Hanoi! Join us on fun little journey through the bustling streets, rich history, and vibrant culture of this amazing city. In this Vietnam vlog, we dive deep into the sights, sounds, and flavors that make Hanoi a must-visit destination.
🏰 Our main accomodation was in the heart of Hanoi, at a beautiful hotel called Hotel Allure. It was the perfect spot for us to explore all the fun things in the ancient streets of the Old Quarter, which were beautiful.
🍜 As always, we loved the street food markets, sampling local delicacies like pho, banh mi, and egg coffee. Hanoi is a food lover's paradise - and we loved it. Egg coffee was a huge hit. We tried the most random flavours (like cheesecake coffee, rum coffee, and so on). Tip: Avoid raggedy ice in drinks!! It got me quite crook and it wasn't fun.
🚃 A Day in the Life: We loved experiencing the rhythm of Hanoi's lively streets, encountering street vendors, traditional water puppet shows, and the timeless beauty of Hoan Kiem Lake. We were really lucky to be there whilst the Tourism Festival was on - there was a lot to see, including performances, beautiful traditional dresses, market stalls and so on.
👫 One of my personal favourite parts about our short time in Hanoi was connecting with the locals. Our journey wouldn't be complete without meeting the warm and welcoming people of Hanoi. It was random, but we got to chat with an English tutor with his students - hear their stories, and chat with them in English. It was so wholesome.
📸 As always, you guys know that I take footage of everything. I wanted to capture the essence of Hanoi through our lens to share our trip with you. From the charming chaos of the streets to the serene beauty of ancient temples, every moment is a snapshot of the unique tapestry that is Hanoi.
