Hanumans Dance 🐒🕺🏽
A great pattern for shoulder mobility but especially for training both arms to work in tandem in a functional sequence. This is important in running and especially sprinting. Anyone who can do this pattern will be able to feel the sprinters arms that this sequence mimics. 🦾
This would be one of my main 3 drills with the Rope that I’d coach to runners 🏃♂️
