Lots of good stuff here! The people you meet on the Camino are wonderful. That's a HUGE part of the experience. Meeting people from all over. And finding Camino Angels when you're most in need. Enjoyed the discussion on Hemingway and ruining something he created. I enjoy sharing my Camino experiences with others...but if they in turn go, does that ruin things by overuse? Too much of a good thing? Looking forward to watching the rest of your Camino videos.

Thank you so much! :) I don't think sharing ruins the experience. It changes it, as all things are changing all the time, but I don't think that anything could happen that would take away what makes the Camino special.

Loving the little kitty, the mature thoughts about trying to not ruin places while also sharing them with the world, and the 'figure it out along the way' mentality regarding housing. Cheers y'all, great vlog. Keep em coming and good luck getting a hostel! 😀😂😜

Hi guys, I have been watching a lot of videos of a couple who have walked over 60 caminos and they do travels by foot for a living accompanying groups etc. In one of their informative videos they mentioned the 3 type of albergue you may find on the way, the private ones (a bit better and a bit more expensive), the municipal ones (very basic at the cheapest price) and the parish ones (essential features and you pay with a free offer), they say usually the parish hostels even if fully booked don't send back people and always try to find an accomodations for all pilgrims so maybe you can favour these kind of hostels and going there in person you may find help. Hope you can solve your problem, good luck.

@@LisaAndJosh Are there any fruits and veg to be had? You mentioned a lot of beige food, and I wondered if there were other options available aside from all of the carb-heavy food. Not knocking carbs and I totally get they are essential in this circumstance, but some fiber to vary the diet is also kind of important. :D

How do you protect your shoes from getting wet? Or do they dry up till the next day?
