This was in the Bay Area during the 80s. Some of the best years of my life. Had my suede Pumas with checker boarded fat laces, Puma and Nike windbreakers, kamikaze bandanas, dope ass box ( portable cassette radio) going to school dances, clubs (Studio 47 in San Jose) and wild house parties. 106 KMEL used to play DJ mixes. Ze'Queen DivaLoach I think I would have gone insane to listen to this awesome track back when it was made ...sadly even if it's one of the best tracks ever made people didn't know about this track but with San Andreas it got popular . Because people are lazy to look for quality songs they have no musical culture most are satisfied with the garbage "music" from talentless moppets that play on TV

The first time I heard this in the 80's and that deep opening electric baseline I had something over power me. I felt this electric energy surge through my spine. I heard God say "you are now possessed my son for the remainder of your life". And now 40 years later, God is still right. I am back on this track again.
