A bad cable harness is not something you can see when you buy a machine. I guess you know you can lower the pressure in the front tires on an haul truck so it runs smoother. It does not affect the load capacity By the way, the pond is more like a lake nowadays.

I know this might be different then a portable pressure washer, but I got mudding alot with my truck and I take a small gas powered sump pump. I use a bigger hose that what it was called for and a hight flow nozzle. It works great to clean off the mud truck when you got water close by. Then do the detail work later. So I know the what your saying is different but it might work out great.

Did the mechanic mention where the oil in the harness was originating from? I'd think an oil pressure switch....hopefully whatever the source, it was replaced. I've seen that happen with pressure switches, various sensors reading off cams/crank, and coolant level sensors. EDIT: I think I got my answer from another's comment. Part of the harness is inside/under the valve cover?
