Hawaiian pizza (makes 1)
Ingredients
1 pre-cooked pizza base
½ cup tomato sugo (sauce)
½ cup grated pizza cheese
1 large rash bacon (diced)
10 slices of fresh pineapple
Thai prawn pizza (makes 1)
1 pre-cooked pizza base
½ cup tomato sugo (sauce)
½ cup grated pizza cheese
6 raw tiger prawns (shelled)
10 cherry tomatoes (halved)
2 tablespoon chilli jam
10 Thai basil leaves
¼ red onion (sliced)
Method
1. Lightly cover the pizza base with tomato sugo
2. Evenly sprinkle cheese over the base
3. Evenly distribute your ingredients on top of the cheese
4. Cook in a very hot oven for 10 minutes (220 Deg C)
5. Remove and allow to cool slightly.
6. Cut into even pieces.
7. Say grace and enjoy!
