Sirsasana - The head stand is considered as father or king of all asanas.
If standing poses and Sarvangasana are mastered first then getting into Sirsasana will be easier without putting too much effort.
Once the practitioner can balance in the posture, focus on lengthening the breath which will be a good preparation to start with Pranayama practices.
When one can start holding the pose, start the practice with Sirsasana as once the body is tired by doing other poses and breathing is not in rhythm again getting into Sirsasana will be difficult.
I highly recommend to those ladies who can practice this pose and are planning to conceive should practice this on a daily basis except ovulation and Menstruation period!
It's important to follow Sarvangasana and Halasana after Sirsasana else it is to be believed that the practitioner can become egoistic, angry and can get irritated very easily!
Very important to know if eyes turned red after the pose most likely alignment is incorrect!
