Hey man, I actually know of you from the Facebook beer groups and what not, I'm about an hour north of Chicago. Stumbled upon your KZitem page recently as I tend to watch that more than anything else. I was just a little under your size back in 2012/2013. I started going for a lot of walks, and eating more vegetables and lean meats such as chicken, turkey, & seafood. Lots of veggies, which it sounds like you're on a lower carb diet so you don't eat a LOT of. I've always found veggies to be a very filling, but low calorie meal. But maybe it does depend on the person and how they process carbs. So yeah you have to do what works for you. It seems to be working for you thus far.

Getting in shape is more of a journey than a race. Its also hard to keep the beer and pleasure foods in the diet while still making progress. I'm really focusing on being moderate with things and so far it seems to be working. Obviously its a bit slower than being 100% compliant but longterm giving up everything you enjoy isn't a recipe for success for most people. Thanks for checking on the channel 🍻

@@BigSexysHouse You're absolutely right, it is a journey and a lifestyle even. And yeah, I feel like it's almost impossible to succeed if you cut literally everything out. It's all about moderation, still have to enjoy life, right?? And yeah man, I'll be watching more of your videos for sure and I am subscribed now. Cheers.
