4 lbs goat ribs
¼ cup coconut aminos
¼ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon kashmiri chili powder
Instructions
Start by washing the goat meat very well. In a large bowl, mix the dry spices first, add olive oil and coconut aminos and give it a good mix. Add the marinade to the goat ribs, give it a good mix, cover with cling film, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Farenheit
For The Sauce
Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
¼ cup tamari sauce
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons home made peri peri sauce
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Heat up a pot, add butter and allow to melt. Add tamari sauce, lemon juice, homemade peri peri sauce, then add salt. Give it a good mix and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes. When done, turn off the heat and this is ready to serve.
