That's good to hear. I have chronic pain currently and it increases my pain to squat low. I also fall asleep often if I lie down! So I do it sitting up or in a recliner if I'm not sleepy, and still enjoy the yoga nidra effects on my nervous system immensely.

Thank you so much! This was my question 🥰 the bigger couchpillow I wil defenitly try , I find the bolster that I have too stiff. Pillows under my knees and an extra towel to support my Lower back. I will give it a try this afternoon.. ❤

It's from Target, but they have been sold out for years! Maybe keep checking to see if it comes back in stock. I scavenged and found mind on Poshmark I think.
