Good song from my younger days when Seger was on the radio nonstop. My tuner app says it's E flat. Now you can play SRV too.😁

Love the Schecter. I have an 80's schecter strat that was my main ax for 25 years. I don't pull it out much now that I got a PRS but it is a great guitar with a ton of character.

I see quite a few comments on the schecter. Like nice. Love the guitar etc. Its only the second video of yours I've watched so far and I appreciate what you're up to. I like the sharing of music and I taught 1 on 1 many years ago around 10 years. The one thing about the schecter that immediately got my attention is that terrible gap between the neck and the neck pocket on the guitar. That pocket is not cut for that neck. A 22 fret neck would hide that gap but still wont necessarily touch the edge of the pocket to the bottom edge of the neck. This will greatly change the tone and sustain and possibly help tuning stability. I'm building guitars now going on 3 years now and I somehow can't stop looking at that. Funny part is, once your ear gets used to what it gets used to you COULD get a different neck that wasn't pre-drilled. Install it where it fits perfectly. Improve sustain, and get a better tone (slightly but noticable) and miss it the way it was. Because you get used to what you get used to. But, I do want to give you guys a view from a different angle. I think it's cool too. Just cant stop looking at the gap cause its there.

It sticks in my craw the way Doug Flutie was dominant at every level but he wasn’t drafted to go to the NFL. So he dominates CFL, sets every record possible, and he retires. Then he signs to play backup QB in the States and guess what?! The man is still playing as if he is on fire. Had he played NFL for his whole career he would own every record. And Super Bowl championships? Listen, we would not know who Tom Brady is, all due respect.

HA! This is funny! BTW, good lesson, thanks.

I didn’t think it was disrespectful at all. I, however, am not blessed with the ear for pitch that you have. Mine has improved over time but I have a hard time picking out the subtleties of a note. So I need a tuner. Saves me a lot of headaches.

A bit grumpy about tuning, lol, I use my ear too, started with a tuning fork in 1980. Sure I use electronic tuners when playing with other musicians, sometimes. Players should strive to find E and A just by ear, without any cues for context, sometimes I can, I tend to be a bit flat sometimes, which is ok, it captures the Kiss, or ac/dc stone:
