Absolutely amazing! My daughter in Johannesburg, South Africa, sent me this video a few days ago. I've done the stretches three days now, and I can't forgive myself I wasted so much money on the so-called sports physiotherapists! Very well done for a marvellous instruction. I am 75 years old, and I am writing from Kampala, Uganda 🇺🇬 ❤

This routine is a game changer. I noticed marked improvement on the first day after following this. Now doing it 3x a week minimum. I've been struggling with tight hips for years and this is a breakthrough. If I could make a small request it would be to add an audible signal when you switch sides as I often miss those moments. Thanks for sharing your knowledge, brother. peace

Agree completely! Great video! A small "aaand switch" would be great, since if I'm focused on the stretch I might miss the switches, especially for the diagonal stretch. Cheers!

Man, I absolutely LOVE your channel and the relaxed way you talk and do your follow alongs. Only way to get me into stretching and flexibility without stopping after 3 minutes. Ought to do it way more often since every time I follow along my back and legpain starts to vanish. Keep up the good work sir! Greetings from the Netherlands.

When I look outside...there is the same weather as in your video...I have practiced the training for almost a week now and I notice significant improvement in the hips and lower back and shoulders. It is great that the pain that radiated from the lower back over the right butt side up to the leg is as good as gone and my ankle left after a ligament tear at the end of last year now finally flexible again. Many thanks for these great exercises! I already do yoga, but these short exercise blocks of you are currently just right for my body! Thank you!!!

Thank you, I cannot do all the reps without shaking vigorously but also am very weak from a back injury Christmas Eve at work and it's been almost 4.5 months and my doctor won't give me an MRI until 6 months in.. thought it was a herniated disc with possible facet disc damage or inflammation as I cannot extend my back without severe pain.. had an anterior tilt and very weak and tight hip flexors.. interestingly when i stretch my hip flexors doing the classic stretch and focus on pulling my pelvis toward posterior.. I can barely posterior tilt my pelvis only from stretching lately that's how tight they have been but when I do the classic stretch I feel.the same pain in my back as I do when walking and standing.. so idk if that stretch is also stretching psoas in the back if mine in just so tight and and glutes and core and hips so weak that's why I have so much pain standing and walking.. ?

You can certainly stretch your hip flexors everyday. Doing a whole routine like this is a bit more demanding so I'd recommend starting with every other day. It all has to do with how much fatigue you're accumulating for your body.... basic hip flexor stretches won't fatigue your too much :)
