Start by standing tall with your feet together and your hands resting on your hips. Take a step forward with your right foot. Lower your body down by bending both knees simultaneously until your front thigh is parallel to the ground and your back knee is hovering just above the floor. Twist your body towards the left and right while keeping your torso upright and your core engaged. Push through your front heel and engage your leg muscles to rise back up. Bring your back foot forward, stepping into the next lunge, and repeat the movement.
