Here is a classic dessert of Italian pastry, the Crostata! It is usually a rustic dessert that for the occasion I wanted to make more beautiful to look at as well as VERY CREAMY and GOOD! Also excellent at the end of a meal for its creamy consistency (given by the MASCARPONE) for the fresh taste (given by the LEMON CREAM) and for the sour note (given by the RASPBERRIES)
The peculiarity lies in inserting a layer of soaked Savoiardi in the center between the two creams which also give a slight alcoholic and color note!
In short, a good and beautiful dessert to bring to the table!
Shortcrust pastry ingredients: (28 cm mold)
350 g flour 00
120 g Sugar
150 g Butter or Margarine
3 egg yolks
1 tsp Baking yeast
1 Lemon
Vanilla
For the filling:
250 g Mascarpone
800 g Lemon Custard
150 g Sweet whipping cream
1 Lemon
For the syrup:
1 glass of Alchermes liqueur
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of sugar
12 Savoiardi biscuits
Raspberries
Icing pumpkin
Apricot jam
