The soft YOGURT cake base instead of butter and oil makes this dessert lighter! Filled with fresh cream, blueberries and raspberries (strawberries are fine too) it also makes it greedy and fresh! An ideal after meal!
The mold I used is the smart one with a 28 cm border, but you can also use the classic one for tart in any shape!
Ingredients: Mold 28 cm
For the base:
3 eggs
1 pinch Salt
110 g Sugar
150 g Greek yogurt (natural or 0% fat)
1 grated lemon
180 g 00 flour (or rice)
10 g Baking powder for cakes
To fill:
Blueberry jam
Fresh (or frozen) blueberries and raspberries
200 g Fresh whipping cream
2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
For the syrup:
Orange liqueur (Cointreau type) or other flavor
100 ml Water (sugar to taste)
