Thank you for sharing these tips Dr. Youn. For years now, I have had a hard time sleeping but yesterday I turned off the Wi-Fi router, which is only a few meters from my bed and I can honestly say that I slept like a baby for the first time in years.

I always have trouble getting to sleep, I am wide awake until I start watching television, then I am out like a light. I know that is a no no by doctors but it is the only thing that works for me. Often it is late and I just not sleepy and so I turn on the TV and then I start getting sleepy and the next thing I know, I am waking up. I never have my cell phone on at home. Dr. Youn you mentioned sleeping tips in your most reason book but the one book I would love to read is ''Playing God''. I get teary eyed every time I watch the videos of the lady who was turned away by 15 plastic surgeons and the lady with the heart problem and you held her hand every day. I can speak from experience, being treated by a physician that is not judgmental makes all the difference in the world.

For those with Android phones, the night setting is under Settings -->Display--->Comfort View. It is possible to schedule as well. (I have an older phone, so for newer phones it may be slightly different)

If anyone needs the help for a newer android: it's the same path, but the name is now "eye comfort shield".

I had twins and I ahem, somehow trained them to shut up through the night. They are big and healthy, no 😯worries.

I sleep with temp of 72. The hard part is waking up to use bathroom every few hours. I feel I relax to much. I need those glasses

If no home remedies work for you, chances are that you have other issues (Cushing's Syndrome, PTSD, sleep apnea) and need medical intervention.

Knock self on head? or ask hubby to. I use my phone for sleepy music zzz rain and thunder on tent etc etc. Works with black out mask. I have weird dreams. Also GABA seems to help.😇💤💤💤. Ground yourself on a grounding mat. No phones under pillow, no Ipad. toss laptop in corner etc. etc. Try TRUE Calm, and other stuff till you find one. Meditation really does work.😴😴😶🌫I shock myself that I actually fall asleep these days. ahhhhh.🥱❣
