I think if you understand market well, then its makes sense to be aggressive during bull runs. But as they are hard to predict, it can lead to extreme stress if slowdown or stagnation suddenly hits and you have a huge liability on you. This video doesn't have concrete advice but this is the thing, there is no 1 size fits all solution.

Thanks for taking my query and answering it with rationale. Interestingly by God Grace , I am able to save 40-50% of my salary and as of now I have liquid cash in share market which is more than my Home Loan current outstanding Principal Amount. But one of the professional suggested me that I am able to create consistent return in stock market using some swing trading strategy, then it's better to continue with your home loan pending tenure instead of closing it early. Save money and keep repeating your strategy in stock Market. So I thought to have some different opinion on my case and decided to check with you

If I have a HL sanctioned on CLP for example on an affordable housing and the 2 installments are disbursed by the bank, can I choose to pay the 3rd installment (or any such installments) by myself and not include the bank at all? Will it impact my agreement with my lending bank and will there be any concern that arise on future disbursements?

I have a similar loan on CLP. As per my conversation with my bank, whenever builder raise a demand, I can inform bank that out of this demand , x% i will pay myself and rest bank will pay (this x can be 100 also). So, i think in all cases this can be done. But to be safer side talk with your bank manager once.
