Recipe:
1/2 cup softened butter
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 cup smashed bananas (2-3 large bananas)
2 cups AP flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
(in this tutorial I substituted the AP flour, salt and baking powder with 2 cups Self Rising Flour).
Bake 350 for 45-55 min in a bread loaf pan.
If using muffin tins, bake at 350 for 25-30 min.
