Method;
Milk cream+add curd (2 Tbsp) & keep it overnight.
Transfer milk cream to the Blender along with ice cubes, cold water & blend it for 2mins to get the butter.
Transfer butter to the heavy bottom pan, boil until transparent ghee is formed
Strain & store it in a bottle!
