Making your own sauerkraut makes all the difference! You can choose the fermentation time, according to your taste. It is often cheaper than buying it. This recipe has only 2 ingredients. It is quick to make but it takes a little longer to be ready to serve (a minimum of 5 days of fermentation is required). White cabbage should always be covered with its liquid: brine (this prevents the appearance of mold). I often use sauerkraut to make garnished sauerkraut. Good tasting !
