Recipe: Homemade Tofu
Soy Beans: 300 gram
Epsom Salt: 1 tea spoon
Water: 1 table spoon
Tofu will be making up 700 gram
0:00 Start to making Tofu.
0:05 1. Wash Soy beans, soak in water for 1 night in fridge.
1:20 2. Smash Soy beans with mixer.
2:45 3. Cook Soy beans, take out bubbles.
2:55 4. Cook 10 minutes with small fire.
3:20 5. Separate with Beans and Soy milk.
5:05 6. Mix with Epsom salt and water.
5:30 7. Warm up Soy milk until 75 degree, gently mix Soy milk, add Epsom salt, gently mix again, put the lid and wait for 15 minutes.
5:50 7. Check the Tofu.
6:05 8. Tofu into container, 200 grams of weigh on top, wait for 30 minutes.
7:25 9. Tofu into water, keep in fridge. Change the water for couple of times until water will be clear.
8:15 10. Making Cold Tofu (HIYAYAKKO) and MISO Soup.
9:45 11. HOMEMADE TOFU is Delicious!!
