Looks cool, Marco! The design is awesome! LI’m surprised that the printed wheel hub can take the torque of the bolts without cracking.

Thank you sir. The holes on the hub cap are clearance holes, so even though it's a tight fit, the wheel nuts are not actually torqueing down on the hub cap.

That PLA is going to compress at the mounting holes, leaving your wheels a bit loose after a few miles. Retorqueing them will be needed. You removed the brake line bolt to lift the truck. Did you out it back when done or just the line float free?

No worries. The holes on the hub caps are clearance holes. The hub cap can break off completely and it would not affect the wheel nuts at all. The brake lines were secured back after the truck was lowered off the jack,. Can’t leave those flapping around.

I'm currently running 1.5" aluminum wheel spacers with15" steel wheels from a Honda Del Sol (These wheels will not fit without spacers!). Tires are 185/60-15, but they rub a little bit at full tilt. I would recommend 185/50 tires with a lower profile. Also, I have a 2" lift and 275 lb front springs at the front, this allows for the bigger wheels. Not sure what set up you currently have, but if it's stock suspension I would not recommend running what I'm using. Good luck and thanks for subscribing.
