INGREDIENTS:
♡ A sphere mold
♡ Hot chocolate mix
♡ Mini marshmallows
♡ Chocolate melts or a chocolate bar with a high percentage of cocoa butter
♡ Sprinkles
EQUIPMENTS:
♡ Thermometer
♡ Brush
♡ Piping bag (or zip lock bag)
♡ Gloves
CONDENSED INSTRUCTIONS:
♡ Heat up the dark chocolate to 120°F and cool down to 82°F. Then reheat the chocolate to 88°F.
♡ Use a brush to paint a thin layer of chocolate on the inside of the mold.
♡ Place the mold in the fridge for 5 minutes.
♡ Apply a second coat of chocolate.
♡ Place the mold back into the fridge for another 5 minutes to set.
♡ Pop chocolates out of the mold.
♡ Fill the chocolate semi-sphere with a portion of hot chocolate mix, mini marshmallows, sprinkles.
♡ Pipe some melted chocolate onto the edges of the semi-sphere and place the second half of the sphere on the top.
♡ Gently wipe off the excess chocolate to make a clean sphere or coat the chocolate bomb in sprinkles.
