There's something so satisfying about watching people draw on these videos - I don't how they do it so perfectly. Also everything is so well explained and colour coordinated, you even add in things like the reason behind the name of something. Thank you Khanacademy you have taught me so much 💛 Wish people would complain a bit less it's obvious you can't cover everything in one video

My understanding is that it's not older plaque that causes heart attacks, but newer clots. The cap breaks off, and the body retries to cap the cap causing a bigger clot, and restricting the flow of blood to the heart (If it happens in the coronary arteries).
