You are saving so many lives, Mina. Yes, you heard right.. Saving lives! So many of us who are inspired by you could have gone down another path, being mules for DECADES in 50/50 marriages and our health deteriorating. Every time I get sucked into the 9-5 brainwashing, I remember you and I keep the vision of a beautiful life alive. 💛

This is so on time, just yesterday night i got triggered over the lamest thing (racist, stereotype type of comment) and i decided that this would be the last time. Like you said people own you when they trigger you so easily. I used to feel like I let the black community down (i’m laughing so hard at this😂😂) or look weak/ may seem like i approved with them when i just choose to look away or not entertain negativity. But im done. This is my life and not theirs. I wont let other people dictate what i should react to or not. I want to be relax and just laugh at their ignorance 💆🏿♀️

Omg yes. When I was a kid I'd enter a room smiling and my mom would ask "what's wrong?" It was the weirdest thing! Other people have done that to me over time and thankfully I've done my inner work and let them self destruct by agreeing then dismissing them lol Edit: ugh yes it's annoying when people say "attack" or "fight" when they mean an argument or disagreement lol. It's definitely victim mindset and reminds me of those weird headlines that say "shots fired" when it was just someone Tweeting someone else lol.

From my personal experience i think inner work is fundamental if you want to enjoy life, on the other hand i think that you show how you respect yourself when you sorround yourself of likeminded, kind people, building a positive environment around yourself, letting go of toxic people completely. I firmly believe these two things go hand in hand. You don't have to do inner work to show how much you are untouchable by others, but to cultivate your inner peace. Personally when someone shows me their jealousy and toxicity i immediately cut them off from my life, and continue my inner work to be a better and better version of myself. They will never share the same room with me, and this does not show i am broke, it's because i respect myself.

I think I lean more into agreeing with you on cutting toxic, jealous people off immediately. However, I also think (not completely sure) I see where Mina is coming from. She is trying to frame it in a way of completely disconnecting from a victimhood mentality to the degree where you are still not blaming anyone for what happens in or to your life. 'Cause when you say "person xyz is toxic", there is still some degree of blaming them for whatever degree of "toxic" they have brought into your life. So I think Mina is saying don't even give the person any degree of power over your life by calling them "toxic " but simply remove your energies from them....which you (and I) would frame as "cut them off". I mean I see what she is saying. But my thing too is sometimes these types spiritualities can really begin to be up there in the clouds with the whole "don't use this word...don't use that word". Micro-managing words and thoughts. I don't know!!

I had heard of the evil eye before, but it wasn't until the past year that I was conscious of someone in my life really hateful of me because of what I had and they didn't have. And this was a person who kept an evil eye in her house. And so I bought my own and keep it in my wallet.

I realized the other day I get triggered heavily when the topic of marriage after 30 comes up and I’m only 33. I realized the other day that this dialogue triggers me deeply and I don’t want that for myself. I know I am a wife I know I will be married. Sometimes I’ll see a post especially with large traction from ppl who agree and it just sends me downward spiraling like I forget I get to have everything I want regardless of others limiting beliefs. I should no subscribe to those limiting beliefs or the misogyny conscious of the world and today that stops. Its like I’m doing great and suddenly a post will upset me or an opinion so it’s just more proof I have limited beliefs too and I need to continue to journal and work through it all.

When you mentioned the woman felt attacked for the comment on her weight gain.. I look at it as " people are loving" and I see it as they are concerned and want to see me In better health... Even when they try to bring rudeness to it... I see it as loving, because they are telling me what others might not feel comfortable sharing with me. Deep down it comes from a place of people want to see you do better and be healthier. If you have an addiction to an unhealthy diet, people might make comments about what you choose to eat, and you might feel judged by them... but if you look deeper, it comes from a place of they want whats best for you....

Thank you Mina, what you say about "Universe works all things for my good" is even supported in Christianity: Romans 8:28 KJV: "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." And there's an awesome song that says "You take what the enemy meant for evil, and You turn it for good". The song name is "See a victory". I am very glad to have a sister like you💗. oh my gosh Mina yess! What you said about the "toxic" people is so true because.. my work collegues all the time would experience really rude customers and me in my mind would literally wonder why do I never experience these types of people EVER, in the same exact shop!! Sometimes things would magically happen in the 2 minutes I went to the bathroom or I would be "the reason" a customer got triggered and they would literally get mad at the other staff for it😂😂

Mina, God bless you. I’ve been following you for a little while now, and I am Christian and I had endured so much in my marriage and was trying to rekindle my marriage. Some times my husband would uplevel and other times he didn’t and I finally realized that it’s okay to release him and focus on good. My whole life has been blessed and I felt like I was favored by God. Like he protected me through so much and then when I got married, I would pray and ask God, “God how could you have allowed me to be married to someone like this. Please get me out of this marriage”. In Christianity you cannot divorce unless sexual immorality has taken place. So I was living in bondage. Then God sent me this channel. And I just thank God so much that I am finally able to see my worth and have a new perspective on marriage.

@FreePalestine123-b1x

I've only recently discovered your channel and love your content Mina, it's absolutely awesome 😄🙌🔥. This topic, however, I'm struggling with cos I'd describe myself as a recovering ppl pleaser, often abandoning myself & my needs in favour of other ppls. I'm highly sensitive & attuned to other people's feelings and energy and will regularly sacrifice my own happiness. It's painful cos I long to be present for myself & in my own body and experience but my programming has me continually doubt myself. When in this space, how do you find the right balance between recognising and responding to back handed comments and insults from an empowered place, as opposed to feeling caught off guard and almost in a state of cognitive disarray when encountering such behaviour? Also how do you distinguish between something that needs to be addressed assertively in order that ppl aren't crossing boundaries and just letting things slide (cos you've reached spiritual nirvana 😂)?
