In this conversation we ask you to question how you feel energetically after different types of physical activity: for instance yoga vs. strength training. We often find yoga, walking in nature, and dancing to bring us more into the feminine energy which can help us be more relaxed and present where as HIIT and power lifting / strength training can bring about more masculine, go go go kind of energy. BOTH of these are great, we are more so presenting the idea of scheduling certain activities during the week according to what your day and life is demanding from you. Would it be more helpful to relax today or do you need to be ON for a big meeting or presentation? Use exercise as a tool to help produce the kind of place you want to be energetically in your day and life.
