This is a great release from a long workday, especially if you’re someone who sits at a desk and maybe doesn’t always have the best posture. This routine you could do daily, will help increase shoulder external rotation and improve shoulder flexion. You don’t need any equipment. You can do this just laying flat on your couch, your bed, or an exercise mat.
